It was the last hot dog on the plate.
Hunk eyed it hungrily. It was just waiting to be piled up with condiments and eaten. He smiled to himself, turned and reached for the ketchup.
When he looked back, it was gone.
"What the - ?" He blinked, scratched his head. A movement to his left caught his eye and he turned to look. There was Lance, happily squirting a line of mustard along the length of the bun.
"Hey!" Hunk snapped. Lance blinked at him.
"What?"
"That was my hot dog!"
Lance was incredulous. "Are you kidding me? You've eaten eleven already."
"And that one makes a dozen. Hand it over."
"Nothing doing. Have a burger instead."
"I saw it first!"
"And you weren't fast enough. Too bad."
"I said, give it up. Now!" Hunk rose from his chair.
Lance glared defiantly at Hunk. "Finders keepers." He began to backpedal as Hunk stormed around the table.
The ensuing chase resulted in a heated exchange of flung condiments, an overturned table and half a dozen upended chairs. Lance dashed into the hall, his prize held high, with Hunk right behind him. The race sped on to Castle Control itself. Lance reached the command center and bellowed at Keith as he ran, "Launch platform, raise the launch platform!"
Keith, unaware of the reason behind the urgency in Lance's voice, did as asked. Lance leaped into the access shaft, swung through the silo, dropped down to the shuttle, all of it one-handed. Hunk, refusing to give up on his pursuit, went for Yellow Lion. Each shuttle sped off to its destination and the Lions launched skyward. Keith eyed the main display for signs of the trouble his two teammates appeared to have discovered. Only Pidge and Allura's arrival took his attention away from the screen.
"What am I missing?" he asked as they drew near.
Pidge gawked up at the screen. "They're fighting each other in the Lions now? You gotta be kidding!"
"Fighting?" Keith was thoroughly baffled by Pidge's statement. "Why fighting?"
Allura gave an exasperated shrug. "It's the last hot dog, Keith."
Keith stared at Allura in disbelief. Then he returned his attention to the display. Red and Yellow Lion were slugging it out before him, and the ferocity with which they went at each other made Keith wish they'd apply that kind of enthusiasm during robeast battles. He hailed Red Lion. Lance appeared on the main display, taking bites of the hot dog in between the rocket salvos he launched at Hunk. Hunk, for his part, was determined to win and seemingly unaware that his coveted treat was vanishing slowly but surely, bite by bite. Lance finally gobbled down the last morsel and brought his hand to his mouth to stifle a burp. Keith shook his head and sent a call to Yellow Lion.
"Hunk, give it up. Lance was the weiner here."
Pidge and Allura burst into laughter. Keith remained puzzled until Pidge pointed out the inadvertent joke.

Allura was always interested in the stories that her teammates told about Earth and customs that they had there. She was determined to learn as much as possible to make them feel more at home on Planet Arus. Many stories from the Space Academy had her wonder if they were actually true, they sounded that fantastic. This time, they were discussing food they missed.
"Ah, while the food at the castle is great, I would enjoy having a cheese burger occasionally. With fries," Pidge dreamily stated.
"True. Or one of those huge double decker burgers. The larger, the better," Hunk added.
"While burgers are great, I'm more partial to hot dogs," Lance threw in.
That stopped Allura out cold and she couldn't stop her indignant exclamation.
"You eat dogs on Earth?"
The four guys looked at each other and three of them started laughing, while Keith tried to suppress the urge.
"No, Princess. Well, some countries in Asia do and consider dog a delicacy, but most countries don't. Hot dog is just a name for a type of fast food. You have a bread roll, in which you put a normal sausage, normally made with pork meat, and then you add things like salad, onions and cucumber and choose which sauce you want on it. Some take simple ketchup, others prefer hot dog sauces," Keith explained.
"But, why call it a hot dog then?" Allura asked confused, but relieved that they didn't eat dogs.
"It's simply a name that has come up one day and been found cool and was therefore kept," Lance stated chuckling.
"And they are popular?" Allura asked.
"Very. Especially during fairs and the like. It's something you can eat quickly without having to sit down," Hunk confirmed.
"Okay, I can see that. Though here on Arus we normally had stalls with attached eating corners during our fairs," Allura told them, "I didn't get to go to many of them, as my parents were often too busy to go, but when we did, it was always wonderful."
"I can imagine that," Keith nodded.
"So, what would be needed to make those types of food? I would like to try them," Allura asked.
"Hm, it shouldn't be too difficult to get the things needed," Keith pondered, liking the idea, "Perhaps we could show the kitchen helpers which things they need and then help with making things."
"I'm a fantastic burger maker!" Hunk proudly declared, "I can show them how to do it easily."
"And hot dogs are easy as well," Lance added, "As long as you get the correct sausages and sauces."
"Could we also make other food?" Pidge asked.
"Should be possible," Keith nodded.
"Which food would you want to have, Keith?" Allura asked.
"Well, I quite like pizza, as you can have it in many different kinds."
"Then we will do all of those. I can't wait to try them all."
The others agreed, eager to get some of their favourite food here in Arus.

Princess Allura paced the meadow near to the Lake of Lions, anxious to find out why she had been summoned by her good friend, Mary Sue Sunshine.
Mary Sue Sunshine, riiiiight, the Princess thought, giving an inelegant snort. Lance always insisted on using ridiculous code names. But this little game always lifted her spirits, and apparently he'd seen she'd needed some cheering up after the huge fight she'd had with Keith over not flying Black Lion.
"I have something very exciting to tell you," the text had said, "so don't be late!"
She almost hadn't come, but boredom and curiosity had won out and she'd arrived five minutes before the assigned time. It was Mary Sue Sunshine who was late, which was very unlike her.
She'd expected to see Lance's alter ego waiting, dressed in character, with golden haired wig gleaming in the- well, the sunshine- cavorting about in an outlandish low cut gown, his expression aglow with mischief and mirth.
Allura was on the verge of leaving when she heard footsteps. They seemed rather deliberate for the madcap personality that was Mary Sue Sunshine, whose tread was more of a gleeful skip.
She turned around to find a bemused Keith staring at her.
"Why are you here?" He asked quietly. "I thought you didn't want to see me again."
She had said that, but now she was beginning to wish she hadn't. "Mary Sue Sunshine sent me a text and asked to meet me here."
Despite his somber air, Keith's lips twitched. "Mary Sue Sunshine?”
"Also known as Lance."
"I see." Keith said wryly. "I thought I was meeting him too. I'll just go then."
"Wait," Allura said and caught Keith by the arm. "I was so wrong to say what I did. I take it all back. Can you ever forgive me?"
There was a long, intense pause.
"I think I can," He said, not looking at her, "on one condition."
"Anything!"
"That you kiss me." Keith said, turning around.
Throwing herself into his arms, Allura wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him like a woman dying of thirst. The kiss went on and on, illuminated by sunshine and pent up feelings.
From behind a large boulder, Mary Sue Sunshine watched with smiling eyes, then took a list out of her pocket. After checking off "arrange Allura/Keith makeup", she moved on to her next mission: helping an embittered, stuffy diplomat find love again.
Mary Sue's work was never done.

Ginger walked out of the executive lounge of the hotel and saw Jeff and Lisa carrying their backpacks. "We're going to Moaning Cavern today," he announced happily.
Lisa grinned. "This man complained all year about the lack of sunshine, and then when he gets it prefers to spend several hours underground."
Ginger chuckled softly. "I prefer to spend the day sunbathing and watching the sea; but to each his own."
"Commander Hawkins and the rest of the team shouldn't be too long," Jeff said. "Have a good time, and don't do anything I wouldn't do," he cautioned her teasingly.
Ginger went to her room and changed into a bikini top and shorts.
The team was staying near Windansea Beach, covered with rocks that created a secluded, idyllic atmosphere that she loved.
She found the paperback she had bought at the supermarket, and picking a water bottle, sunblock and her sunglasses, headed for the beach.
She always thought reading was the perfect antidote for the blues, but she couldn't read past the second page. She had not slept well for the last few nights, and gave up the task of trying to occupy her mind with something other than Hawkins, and lay down, closing her eyes.
Ginger woke up abruptly, tensing with shock when she saw Commander Hawkins leaning over her. His hands were on the ground on either side of her head, his mouth only inches from her own.
"I fell asleep..."
"And I awoke you, with a kiss," he supplied, bending his head so that his lips brushed the skin behind her ear. "Did you miss me?"
She shivered deliciously. "Yes."
He looked her over carefully. "Are you sure you're all right? Too much sun isn't good for that beautiful skin of yours."
She smiled. "I'm fine. We came for the sunshine, remember? Where's the rest of the team?"
"They're on their way back to LA. They had enough shore leave."
Ginger accepted his harsh tone. It wasn't easy to have privacy around the Voltron Force.
"Thank you for arranging this vacation."
"My pleasure."
"Even after our fight."
"Disagreement," he corrected.
"Steven, please understand. I like to be independent and a space explorer. I can't leave all that behind."
"Who asked you to do that? I want you to stay with me."
"What about your feelings, your heart?"
He looked pained. "You've had that all along."
"What?" she gasped. "You didn't say anything."
"I love you, Ginger. I want you to continue with your work, but not excluding everything else. I want to share my life with you."
It took Ginger a moment to breathe properly. She knew he would only reveal this side of his personality to her. It was his love for her that made him vulnerable, in the same way that she was vulnerable to him.
He cupped her face. "I'm never going to let you go."
"I'll never want you to. I love you now and I always will."
Hawkins smiled. "As I love you."
Lisa grinned. "This man complained all year about the lack of sunshine, and then when he gets it prefers to spend several hours underground."

The Red Lion flipped in mid-air, righted itself, and landed neatly in the meadow. Sunshine glistened from its metallic surface, blinding those standing in the grass nearby. Lance leapt from the lion's head, bounced off its shoulder, and finally settled onto the ground executing a perfect bow.
"And that's how it's done," he said smugly, straightening with a satisfied smirk.
"No, that's how you hot dog it, Lance," Keith stated, glaring unamusedly. Sighing, he turned to face Pidge. "Alright, Pidge, your turn. Try not to follow Lance's example."
"You got it, Skipper!" He raced to the Green Lion and leapt into the cockpit. Within seconds, he was airborne, his lion dancing through the bright afternoon sky. Keith watched, one hand shading his eyes from the sun's glare, as Pidge flew the designated course, fired at the targets, and landed next to the Red Lion.
"Good job, Pidge. You only missed one target," Keith said with a pleased nod of his head when the pilot bounded over. "Princess, you're next. Let's see what you've got."
Allura tossed off a jaunty salute and sprinted to the Blue Lion. Once inside, her hands flew over the controls, guiding her lion through the air. It twisted and turned to avoid the obstacles hanging from large balloons. Claws flew from the lion's paws destroying the robeast silhouettes. Seconds later, the Blue Lion once again sat in the grass, basking in the sunshine.
Keith beamed as the princess made her way back to the group. "Great work, Allura. That was perfect. Your weapons usage was precise and efficient, your flightpath flawless."
She blushed prettily under his ebullient praise. "Thank you, Keith. I owe it all to the patience you showed when training me."
"Nah, you're a fast learner. I just helped nudge you in the right direction when you needed it." He took a few steps closer to her, his eyes locked to hers.
Hunk sighed raising his eyes to the heavens. "While you two finish flirting, I'll take my turn." He made his way to the Yellow Lion, looking back and shaking his head before leaping into the cockpit.
A few minutes later, Yellow Lion sat beside the others, his trip through the obstacle course complete.
"That was fantastic, Hunk," Pidge cheered as the big man rejoined his teammates.
"Yeah, almost as good as my run," Lance added grinning.
Hunk looked to his commander, seeking his feedback, but Keith only had eyes for Allura as the two stood together, almost, but not quite, touching.
"Don't pay attention to them, Hunk," Pidge said quietly, one hand on his friend's arm.
"Hunk?" Lance called out when Pidge's words were ignored.
"Hunk?"
"Hunk!"
Brown eyes fluttered open, the bright sunlight blinding. "Wha?" Hunk muttered, looking up at the concerned faces surrounding him.
"You alright, Hunk?" Keith asked. "You were growling."
"Yeah... It was just a dream."
"Good, because it's time for obstacle course training," the captain informed him, a confused frown marring his features when Hunk suddenly groaned.
"And that's how it's done," he said smugly, straightening with a satisfied smirk.

Huge trees shaded the lane, sunshine dappled the packed dirt path underfoot. He reached for her hand, intertwining their fingers the same way he'd done for nearly thirty years now. Looking over, he watched the sunlight play in her hair, noticing the once golden locks had a silvery sheen these days. Of course, his once jet black hair looked a lot like someone had dumped a handful of snow on it. . .His life had been a good one, but time certainly did fly by.
He sighed.
"Is something wrong, dear?"
"Just thinking." He lifted their still clasped hands to his lips and placed a kiss on the back of hers.
With the same smile that had stolen his heart, she watched him through her lashes. Truly, there had never been a more beautiful woman, at least not in his eyes.
"So?" She inquired, "what were you thinking?"
"That if someone had told me my son would one day become a king, I would have thought they were crazy."
She remained quiet, a simple nod of her head to let him know she'd heard.
"Does it ever bother you?" He watched her closely. "Stepping down and allowing Xander to take the throne?"
"No, yes. . ." she considered, looking up at him for just a moment. "I'm so proud of him. Over the past few years he has proven himself a wonderful King. But, for so many years, I was alone in ruling Arus, so giving control to anyone else was difficult at first."
Keith tightened his grip on Allura's hand. "I hope you don't regret it."
"Regret it? Never!" Her smile was warm and wide. "It gave us the freedom to spend the time together that we never had when we were young, fighting Doom."
"You don't get bored?"
"Bored?" Allura leaned against her husband's arm. "Between Xander and Lucy we have five grandchildren who always need a snuggle or someone to play hide-n-seek! There's no time to be bored!"
Keith let out a mirth filled laugh. "That's true!"
"I'm proud of Lucy, too." Allura's voice softened. "Being second born in a royal family can be challenging, knowing you will not sit the throne, yet are expected to be a head of state."
"She has done a tremendous job as Royal Advisor. Coran would be so proud." He felt her hand tighten around his.
"I miss him so very much."
"Me too."
They both fell silent, walking on, hand in hand. When they reached a stone bench hidden away in a rose covered alcove, he pulled her into his arms, and kissed her gently.
When he broke the kiss, he studied her face for a moment. "You are still so beautiful, my princess."
"I love you, Keith," she reached up, caressing the side of his face before tugging on a lock of his hair and grinning impishly. "Even if you are starting to look like an old man."
And they both clung to one another and laughed, and laughed.
End

Nanny had to hand it to the Castle grapevine. It was both accurate and efficient when it came to noticing unusual behaviour, like the Princess arriving early from a picnic.
The habits of a lifetime were difficult to break. Allura was a married woman now, but to Betta, she would always be the Little Princess who had been entrusted to her care. "Is everything alright, Princess?" Nanny called, entering Allura's dressing room.
The toilet flushed, as if in response to her call. She waited for a few moments before the silence within drove her to open the door. She found the Princess curled up on the floor, clutching the toilet. Allura's complexion was faintly green, a far cry from the rosy tinge she normally had after after spending a few hours in the sunshine.
Clucking like the mother hen the Voltron Force often accused her of being, Nanny dampened a face towel and crouched down. She pulled Allura's hair away from her face and gently began to clean her face, just as she used to when the Princess was a little girl.
"I hate getting sick," Allura whined. "The boys were grilling those sausages with a strange name... and the smell made me nauseous." She took a deep breath and started to stand.
Nanny stood as well. She put an arm around the Princess and guided her to the bedroom where she ushered her into a chair. "I doubt it was the hot dogs. I made them myself. And I daresay that my version is healthier with much less additives than what was in the recipe that Hunk found."
"I can't imagine what else it could be."
"Well, you have been going to the washroom often. And you have been more tired of late," Nanny paused for a moment to choose her words before continuing delicately. "The Prince Consort is quite... virile... so I would assume the two of you have been quite... active."
The look on the Princess' face was puzzled. "Why yes, Keith makes sure we stay active. We do Tactical Fitness Training and 5BX for flexibility and strength. Running for cardio. Although more often than not, we use the treadmills for that now. Sparring would count too, I assume..."
Nanny interrupted Allura with a laugh "Yes, well, I was thinking of another kind of physical activity..." She shot a knowing look at the rumpled sheets on the bed before turning back to look at the Princess. "The type of activity that begets heirs for the throne."
She couldn't hold back her smile as she looked at her charge. Allura's eyes and mouth were frozen wide open in an expression of stunned surprise.
"Do you think? How... how did you know?" Allura asked, her slender hand reaching out to cover her still flat stomach.
Nanny smiled wisely, "Doctor Gorma will confirm it, but I'm sure. After all, there are no secrets from the one who does your laundry."

The Princess stood on the parapet, surveying the lake below that mirrored a cloudless blue sky. Accustomed to being guarded, she was unaware that the observation of the young man standing just inside the reinforced sliding door was more personal than dutiful.
She was the flash of gold at the end of a rainbow, Keith thought. Her goodness and loving nature were a reflection of the rays that shone upon her; the way her hair caught and held the light gave the appearance of being crowned with sunshine; her expression of pleasure as she raised her face to the sun made happiness a palpable thing.
Unbidden, a forgotten tune rose to his lips, taking the form of a quiet hum. But not quiet enough, it seemed, because Allura overheard. Turning around, she squinted into the shadowy interior where he stood.
"Keith?"
"Yeah. Sorry. I didn't mean to startle you, Princess."
"It's all right. Why don't you join me?"
"I'm on duty."
"It's too nice to be inside." She insisted. "Besides, I'll be safer if you're standing right next to me."
He couldn't argue with that. He joined her, scanning the countryside for danger, trying to ignore how close she was.
"I liked what you were humming." She said, after a moment of silence. "What is it?"
"An old folk song from Earth." He shrugged. "For some reason, it popped into my head."
"Would you sing it for me?"
He was a bit embarrassed. "I'm supposed to be guarding-"
"You can do two things at once, can't you?" She asked, her tone teasing. "Really, Keith. I'd love to hear it."
A royal command wrapped in honey. "Okay. But just a couple verses."
She nodded. He cleared his throat.

Sunshine on my shoulders makes me happy
Sunshine in my eyes can make me cry
Sunshine on the water looks so lovely
Sunshine almost always makes me high
If I had a day that I could give you
I'd give to you the day just like today
If I had a song that I could sing for you
I'd sing a song to make you feel this way...
His voice faded. Allura put a hand on his arm. He looked at it, and then at her.
"The perfect song for this day. Thank you, Keith."
Her smile was the most beautiful thing he'd ever seen. And her hand was still on his arm.
It's about you! He wanted to say. It's how I feel about you! "You're welcome." He said instead, and wasn't sure if he was glad or mad his communicator went off at that moment. "Keith here!"
Hunk's cheery voice issued forth. "Grab the Princess and go to the garden! We got the green light for a picnic, with hot dogs, watermelon, chips-the works!"
Keith looked at his companion. "That smile means we're going?"
"Oh, yes!" She said eagerly. "But...what's a hot dog?"

"You know, you're just a ray of sunshine, Keith! Really, you are!" Lance proclaimed to the team in Castle Control. "Don't you ever think on the positive side of things? Geez, man!" Lance stormed from the room.
Allura walked over to put a hand on Keith's shoulder. She watched as he pinched the bridge of his nose and closed his eyes as if he were getting a headache. "Let him cool down a bit and then I'll go talk to him."
"No, I should do it," he said.
"I'm not sure that would be best right now, Keith. He's awfully upset and I can't say I blame him," Hunk said. "I had a date planned for tonight. You shouldn't just spring these surprise practices on us. Doom wakes us up often enough during the night without you doing it too." Then he added belatedly, "Sir."
Keith looked over to Pidge for another dissenting view but the young pilot just shrugged his shoulders. "Practice is cancelled for tonight but tomorrow we will discuss night practices."
"Yes, sir," the pilots said as they left the room.
Allura watched as Keith just stood there. She heard Coran move quietly away. "Lance would have come to the practice."
"Yeah, I know. It's just sometimes his attitude borders on insubordination. If we had been stationed on a regular military vessel, that outburst would have earned him at least a night in the brig." Allura laughed softly and Keith turned to her, "It's not funny, Princess."
"I wasn't laughing at the insubordination part. I was laughing at the thought of this being anything close to a regular military assignment. I mean... really, Keith."
Finally he smiled at her. "Yeah, I guess you're right. I know how different this assignment is and sometimes I forget how tough far space duty can be."
She looked at him thoughtfully, "You think that Lance wants to go home?"
Keith shook his head no and looked back at the door. "No, he's starting to build a life here; this is becoming home. It's the same with all of them: dating, bonding with others here... building a home."
"What about you?" Allura asked calmly. "Are you building a life here?"
Keith turned to look steadily into her eyes. "Lance called me a ray of sunshine but what he really meant was I wasn't." He reached up to tuck a piece of golden hair behind her ear. "But the ray of sunshine I've found here makes it home for me as well." He gave her a quick nod and then left the room.
Coran cleared his throat and Allura blushed as she turned to him. "Yes, Coran?"
"Why don't you follow him? I think the commander could use a little more sun," he said with a smile.
A smile lit her face. "I think I will, Coran," she said as she gathered her skirts and left the room.

Allura paced the room slowly, her long skirts swirling and sweeping the ground behind her. She stopped, glanced at Keith momentarily, and then resumed pacing. "I've changed my mind. I don't want to do this anymore," she said quietly, her back to the captain.
He blinked, caught completely off guard at her sudden statement. "Allura," he began gently, "it's a little too late to change your mind about this." He pushed away from the wall against which he'd been leaning and crossed the room, placing his hands on her shoulders.
She sighed softly at his touch, turned to face him. "But, Keith..." she started, her voice high pitched and fearful.
His eyes searched her face as his fingers played with the golden strands of hair that fell over her shoulders. He didn't say anything right away, just tried to soothe her with his touch. After a minute or so, he slipped his arm around her, gently led her to the bed, and helped her sit on the edge of the mattress. Kneeling in front of her, Keith held her hands in his, his thumbs stroking her soft skin lightly. "It's going to be fine, Allura. I know you're frightened, but I'll be with you the whole time. I won't leave your side, I promise."
She lifted her eyes to meet his, took strength in the sincerity of his dark gaze. "Keith, I trust you more than anyone, but..."
"I know," he began quietly, smiling reassuringly, "Don't forget, Nanny and Doctor Gorma will be there and they have lots of experience with this," he continued, releasing one of her hands to stroke her swollen belly, grinning when he felt a kick from the baby inside.
She returned his smile, the pure joy on his face washing away all the fear she'd been feeling. "Thank you," she whispered, one slender finger lifting his chin.
Taking the hint, he rose, bringing his lips to hers for a tender kiss. When the embrace ended, he sat beside her on the bed, curling one arm around her as her head fell to his shoulder.
"I'm still scared, you know."
"I know, Princess. It's normal," he reassured her, holding her close. "But it will all be worth it once we get to meet that little prince or princess growing inside you."
"So little one," she whispered, "are you almost ready to come out and meet your mommy and daddy?"
"And don't forget three doting uncles," Keith added with a chuckle.
"Right and three doting uncles," Allura agreed, her laughter as bright as sunshine in the darkness. "I think this is the hardest part, Keith," she added a few moments later.
"What is?"
"The waiting, the nervous anticipation, the time to think about what comes next..."
"But it's just one day. Don't think about it. Think about all the days that come after, all the adventures waiting for us to experience together," he hesitated, his eyes meeting hers, "as a family," he finished and kissed her again.

Allura had an impish grin on her face. She had managed to sneak into the kitchen while Nanny was busy overseeing the spring cleaning of the south wing of the castle. Spring cleaning always took two weeks, thus she had more freedom than at any other time. And for today, she had planned something special.
"Hm, where is the chocolate?" She murmured looking through the cupboards until she found it.
She grinned. This would be perfect and without Nanny around, she would finally get what she had wanted for ages. Humming she set to work.

Keith waited at the shore of the lake for his ride. He had managed to arrange duty at Castle Control so that Pidge was there, while Lance was out on a date. And Hunk was busy working on something. He wouldn't be disturbed today, except for an emergency. Just at the arranged time, Blue Lion rose from the lake, supposedly Allura was flying off for her patrol.
"Keith, can you hear me?"
"Clearly."
"I'm going to fly low so that you can jump on board through the mouth."
"Okay."
Keith judged the distance to the lion when Allura flew past him at slow speed and jumped, grabbing the lions' mouth, pulling himself up easily. Allura continued flying slowly until he was inside the cockpit and then sped up. She smiled at him.
"Did everything go as planned?" Keith asked.
"Perfectly. Nanny never noticed anything and Coran is at that meeting all day."
"Great. So, where are we going?"
"It's a surprise, Keith. But I really wanted to use the wonderful spring weather. Sunshine, warmth and no sign of Lotor at all."
"True."
Allura directed Blue Lion towards a mountain. Keith recognised the place from patrols.
"The waterfall?"
"Yes. It will be perfect for our picnic."
"I'm looking forward to it."
They landed shortly after and Allura took off her uniform. Keith had to swallow. She wore tight blue jeans and a form-fitting neck holder shirt in lavender. It showed off her figure much more than her normal clothes.
They climbed out and soon had the blanket spread out for the picnic. Allura put the food she had prepared onto plates and into bowls, while Keith watched her happily. He stopped cold when he noticed one special dish.
"Is that?"
"Yes. Chocolate nut ice cream!" Allura confirmed proudly, "I made it myself with my mother's secret recipe."
"I love chocolate nut ice cream."
Allura grinned impishly, she had known that, which was why she made it.
Keith couldn't help himself, starting with the ice cream, and with the first bite he felt he had gone to heaven.
"This is so good!"
"Thank you."
"No thank you!"
Allura took some of the ice cream as well. She could feel the effect. Well, it was her mother's recipe for a potent aphrodisiac. Let's see Keith resist this time. With both her clothes and the ice cream, nothing would go wrong. And he was already showing a reaction.
