1 small pkg. Velveeta cheese
1/4 lb. butter
dash Worcestershire sauce
1 can crab meat
1/4 cup cut ripe olives
1 can water chestnuts, cut up
Melt cheese and butter. Add rest of ingredients. Spread on bun halves (12). Broil 5-7 minutes.

24 oysters in shells
1 Tbs. Chopped onion
2 Tbs. Snipped parsley
1 cup chopped, cooked spinach
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
Open oyster shells, remove the oysters (with a knife) and dry. Wash the shells then place the oysters back into the deeper halves of the shells. Mix the onion, parsley and butter; spread over oysters. Season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Top each with 2 tsps of spinach and sprinkle with 1/ 2 tsp of bread crumbs. Dot each with a tsp of butter. Heat on a bed of rock salt at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, oysters and liquor from oysters. Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
